Resepi Fish n Chips & Fish soup
Ya, chef selebriti Jun sekali lagi memperagakan kebolehan memasaknya. Kali ini western food la pulak. Sapa2 yang nak makan kena pakai bow tie, yg pompuan pake night gown ala2 JLo. Siapkan sudu, garfu, pisau, sudu sup, susun kat kiri dan kanan pinggan. Letak kain pebende kat riba tu and....Madam, may I serve u now!
Ari ni kita western la plak pokcik. Ikut selera anak2..skali skala. Ni jun guna ikan so....info ikan lebih kurang yg ari tu la..sbb ikan yg jun guna ni pun ikan yg sama (amboi, besar betui ikan beli dulu tu, boleh masak 4-5 kali nih). Kita trus ke resipi dia aje la yek . Yg ni jenis crispy punyer...(batter (yenade..batter itu ape) dia leh wat untuk ayam gak).
Fish n Chips - 2 keping filet ikan (guna ikan besar cam jenahak/ apa2 isi ikan putih),1 cawan tepung jagung, 1/2 cawan tepung serbaguna/tepung gandum, 1/2 sudu teh garam, 1 cawan air sejuk (dlm fridge punye). Campurkan sume 3 bahan pertama, campur air. Biar kejap. Salut isi ikan ngan tepung dan goreng. Makan la ngan fries, mixed vege, sos cili, mayonis (ikut suka la...) ataupun sos lada hitam..sos putih ke..(resepi ni lain kali la yek)
Yg lagi satu ni jun tambah je..sbb ikan tu ade lebih...wat sup sempoi...yg ni khas wat SK (ni cam sup utk org dalam pantang, sesuai2) heehee....pokcik pun leh wat ni..bila mokcik x d mood nak masak ke(mokcik klu x masak, pokcik g umah no. 2)...1 keping filet ikan-potong2 2 ulas bwg putih, tumbuk 1 in halia-tumbuk, tauhu, baby corn, carrot, daun sup sket, stok ikan/air, garam, pepper, Minyak sket..Tumis bawang ngan halia, masuk stok ikan, biar mendidih. Masukkan bahan2 lain....senangkan?...Ok la pokcik..resepi ringkas aje la ari ni..next time, jun anta lagi...pokcik dah try buttered prawn ke?(blum, mokcik ko tu jarang masak, hari ahad je bila pokcik cuti baru dia masak) susah2...makan je kat hotel yg pokcik ckp tu (weh mana buleh, gaji ciput. dulu bos belanja, bwh entertainment expenses)..jgn lupa ajak jun skalik .
